Founded in 1985 (originally Premier Parking), the International Parking Management (IPM) owners pride themselves on offering exceptional customer service to clients in a variety of venues: airport parking, entertainment complexes, hotels, medical centers, office buildings, residential buildings, retail centers, restaurants, sports venues, and most special events.

Family-owned and operated for over 30 years, IPM’s services go far beyond basic management to ensure your property achieves maximum profitability. IPM offers comprehensive services for garage management, surface lots, special events, and valet.

Based out of Seattle, Washington, International Parking Management currently operates over 7,000 parking stalls in various venues. As it expands, IPM is committed to providing quality management services, professional employees, and excellent customer care.

IPM began operations in the Seattle area in 1985 with a single surface parking lot. The simple concept of paying attention to service, combined with a strong entrepreneurial drive, led to steady growth during the Late 1980s and ‘90’s.


Growth continued at a rapid pace through the 1990s, with IPM opening more locations in the SODO area. The 1990s saw expansion into new markets through the 2000s firmly established as a true industry leader. The strategic move of the 90s laid a foundation to increase IPM’s geographic footprint and reach key market segments.


Since opening its first location in the Puget Sound area in the late 1980s, IPM has expanded rapidly, including major projects such as an agreement with Lumen Field.


Expansion into new markets through the 2000s saw IPM firmly established as a true hospitality leader, including – event logistics, other technology-driven mobility solutions, commercial parking, residential, and retail.
